Where do I begin?

It's 7:30 on a Thursday night and I'm sitting at corner bakery waiting for my soup. I've been sick for 2 days and the stress of my new job isn't helping. I tried thinking of different ways to reduce the stress of the job and nothing worked. But I noticed that venting about it and getting the validation of the incredulous looks on my friends and families faces helped. That I wasn't crazy for thinking that an Italian restaurant should never be without parmesan cheese...

I began working at an Italian restaurant almost a month ago. I'm kicking myself for not starting to document this earlier but I will go back and do as best I can to capture the last few weeks. It feels like years already and so much has happened. I guarantee you will never be bored.
